Star Wars Outlaws promises “something fans haven’t seen before”, according to narrative director

Star Wars Outlaws is an upcoming action-adventure game that promises to bring something “totally new” to the Star Wars universe, according to narrative director Dan Emmons.

Developed by LucasArts, Star Wars Outlaws is set within the lawless planet of Juvjk, a world completely wrecked by the Galactic Civil War. In order to survive, both ordinary citizens and criminals have banded together to form outlaw gangs, hoping to gain the upper hand by striking first.

Players will take the role of a gang leader on the run, fighting to stay alive while also seeking revenge against the rival gangs that caused their exile. Along the way, they must build a gang of their own and come face to face with both the law and the underground.

According to Emmons, Star Wars Outlaws will present something fans of the franchise haven’t seen before. “We want the players to experience a side of the Star Wars universe they’ve never seen before. Outlaws is all about the dirty mechanics of a world gone wrong. It’s a place where the rule of law has broken down and gangs have taken over the city.”

The game promises to contain plenty of exciting gameplay elements, including deep RPG systems, gang-based combat, and moral choices in order to progress the narrative.

Emmons described the game as “ A wild ride through the dark side of Star Wars ” that will be a welcome addition to the franchise. “We think Star Wars Outlaws is the perfect way to introduce a new generation of players to the classic Star Wars universe and its many stories.”

If the reviews are to be believed, Star Wars Outlaws looks set to deliver an enjoyable and unique experience to fans of the genre.
