In a bid to build buzz, a whole lot of AMC shows are coming to Max ad-free

In what is being billed as a major move to generate publicity, a number of popular AMC shows, including The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, and Into the Badlands are making their way to Max, the all-new streaming service from AT&T. This marks the first time that these popular shows will be available in the ad-free format, and is sure to create buzz amongst fans of the shows.

As part of the deal, new episodes and past seasons of select shows from may now be accessed through HBO Max, giving viewers the opportunity to watch every episode, ad-free, in one convenient place. This could be a major draw for viewers who are seeking an uninterrupted viewing experience.

The new streaming service from AT&T also offers exclusive content from WWE, the popular pro-wrestling franchise, as well as NBA games and the long-awaited Snyder Cut of Justice League, which has been the subject of much fanfare in the past few months. In addition to these, users can also access popular shows such as Rick and Morty, The Big Bang Theory, Friends, and many more.

The decision to add popular AMC shows to HBO Max is part of a larger trend of content owners attempting to create buzz for their programs. With streaming services becoming increasingly popular, content owners are attempting to draw viewers to their direct services in order to create a loyal fan-base and generate revenue. Similarly, by adding the AMC shows ad-free, AT&T is hoping to attract viewers who may have been frustrated by the ad-filled versions of their favorite shows.

The addition of AMC shows to HBO Max is a move that seems to be paying off. The shows have been well-received by viewers, and have created an intense level of anticipation for upcoming episodes.
