This Microsoft Outlook update might finally stop people bugging you for a meeting

Microsoft Outlook has just released a much needed and long awaited update that might finally prevent people from harassing you to schedule meetings. The new feature will stop the endless messages, emails and calls from people who want to “grab a meeting” with you.

The feature, dubbed “TimeTree”, will be available in the new Outlook mobile app. On the app, you will be able to display your schedule and set specific days and times when you are available to meet. People who are interested in meeting with you will have to request a time slot from one of these available time frames. You then have the option to accept or deny the meeting request.

The feature also has a unique feature which will try to fill in some of the gaps in your calendar. For example, if you don’t have any meetings scheduled for the next two hours and someone requests a meeting during that time, Outlook will recommend a time frame for you to choose from.

This new feature is a godsend to anyone who gets flooded with meeting requests. With the new Outlook app, you can finally get the control back and decide when you want to meet with people.

The feature has already gained traction in the corporate world and is slowly becoming a necessity for any business. It is a great way to streamline the meeting process, as it eliminates the need to keep sending back and forth emails in order to finally find an available time slot.

Overall, this new Outlook update marks a huge step forward in productivity. It eliminates the hassle of arranging meetings, making it easier than ever to stay organized and on top of your calendar. We can only hope that more organizations will adopt the new feature, so that we can all finally get a break from the endless requests for meetings.
