Lenovo’s Android-powered Microsoft Teams display doubles as a USB-C monitor

Lenovo recently unveiled its new Android-powered Microsoft Teams display designed to make working remotely easier. The 21.5-inch monitor features 8MP automatic focus camera and a digital microphone array – perfect for business meetings and collaboration sessions.

The device, called the Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub, doubles as both a USB-C monitor and an Android-powered app hub. It designed with a user-friendly interface and support for various popular mobile apps like Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Skype, allowing users to manage their business meetings and collaborate with colleagues remotely. The device also enables users to access their emails, calendars and documents, all in one place.

The ThinkSmart Hub comes with a range of vision and sound performance enhancements that should make the experience better. These include a “NETGEAR Insight” platform which ensures optimal connection to the cloud, as well as an 8MP camera with dual HD resolution audio and an Echo cancellation system for crystal clear video and sound. There’s also a 10-foot DLP technology for added convenience.

The device can be plugged into a user’s laptop or computer via USB-C. It’s also compatible with other peripherals, such as a mouse and keyboard, and it has an optional battery backup to make sure tasks don’t get interrupted by power outages.
