Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3 is Cracking for Some Users

Samsung recently released its highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 3, the latest phone in its successful foldable series. However, some customers were disappointed to discover that the device has been cracking for a few users around the world.

According to customer reports, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has been found to suffer from cracking in both its upper-right corner and along its side plane. This is an issue that has caused much frustration and disappointment, given the device’s hefty price tag. The magnitude of the issue is not known, but it seems to be affecting a small portion of users.

The issue appears to have begun shortly after Samsung began shipping its first batch of the new foldable device. Several customers have reported that their device has suffered damage in the upper-right corner and along the sides, while others have reported that their device was damaged in both areas. In most cases, these issues appear to be cosmetic in nature and not affect the device’s performance.

The company has issued a statement, in which it addressed the issue and promised to investigate further. Until then, customers are advised to take extra precautions when handling the device. Samsung has also recommended that customers do not apply any protective films or cases to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 until the investigation is completed and any potential fixes are released.

This issue with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 represents an unfortunate setback for an otherwise innovative device. However, these issues appear to be limited to a small portion of users, and Samsung seems to be taking the necessary steps to investigate further and prevent further damage. For now, customers can take extra precautions and hope that Samsung can release any necessary fixes in a timely manner.
