With 2020 almost being a distant memory, fans of horror genre can be ready to be amused with the premier of the upcoming movie “The Final Renfield”.
The official trailer of the movie is recently released with an explosive style and an accent of evergreen song Radiohead. The movie “The Final Renfield” is a loose adaptation of the classic Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The role of Renfield is played by an incredibly talented actor, Nic Cage, and this surely adds to the appeal of the movie.
“The Final Renfield” is set in a secluded psychiatric facility run by mysterious scientific researches, which promises a dark night with a bloody full moon. The movie is directed by Dan Binns and stars other renowned actors such as the BAFTA winner actress, Emilie Piponnier, and Dimitri Diatchenko.
The trailer of the movie shows a rapid-fire editing of some of the frightening images from the movie. Jordan Trovillion, who plays the role of a doctor in the movie, can be seen in the trailer as she chases a figure down dark and narrow passages that sometimes look like a descent into hell. Her voiceover in the trailer emphasizes that the place is more than meets the eye.
The best part of the trailer is that it gives an insight into the intensity of the horror that “The Final Renfield” promises to deliver. Interestingly, the trailer plays Radiohead’s “Creep” giving viewers an idea of the ambiance that the movie expects to create.
The trailer also shows Cage’s character as he engages in his infamous crazy behavior. His stunts are supported with bloodshed and gore allover, making it even more breathtaking, but with a tinge of dark humor.
The movie is sure to strike the horror-lovers off their rudder and is scheduled to be released in April.
So, grab your popcorn, and brace yourselves for “The Final Renfield” with Nic Cage, lots of gore, and of course, Radiohead.
