Players will take on the role of Ciri as she embarks on a quest to save the world from the impending Wild Hunt invasion.
In terms of gameplay, The Witcher 4: Polaris will be a combination of open-world RPG and turn-based strategy elements. They’ll also be able to build up their character and equip them with a variety of witcher-themed items to customize their experience. The game also features a unique turn-based system that allows players to plan ahead and recognize when to use certain tactics and strategies. Combat is also expected to be much more complex and dynamic compared to the previous games, offering players more freedom in how they choose to approach battles.
The Witcher 4: Polaris is also set to feature an immersive and diverse cast of characters. Ciri will be joined by a variety of old and new companions who will help her take on the Wild Hunt and other challenges. Notable characters include Berengar, a new witcher, and Triss Merigold, the fan-favorite sorceress from the other Witcher games.
