Twitter, now X, opens up its ad revenue sharing program with global creators

As internet influencers and content creators continue to rise, Twitter is propelling that momentum even further. On October 5th, the social media platform, now known as Twitter, debuted their global ad revenue sharing program to support influencers across the world.

The new program works by compensating influencers for their content creation with ad revenues generated from Twitter. Influencers both established and upcoming are eligible to join the program, in which Twitter allows them to retain at least 70 percent of the profits from their generated ad revenue. Twitter’s contractual relationships with their advertisers ensures that their influencers get paid fairly through this program.

By promoting the content creators in this way, Twitter believes it will be able to build a stronger community and bring in a larger audience at the same time. After all, by curating high-quality original content, Twitter can more effectively engage its user base while providing compelling content to its advertisers.

The new program is a major step forward for Twitter, as the platform looks to expand its outreach and provide a broader range of content for its users. For influencers, it’s a huge opportunity, as they are now able to monetize their content while still maintaining their creative control. Twitter’s ad revenue sharing program has finally unlocked a new level of potential for internet influencers to create beautiful and insightful content without the worry of being underpaid for their work.

All in all, Twitter’s new global ad revenue sharing program is a big win for both internet influencers and the platform itself. With new types of content, larger audiences, and incentives to creators, Twitter opens up exciting possibilities for both its users and influencers.
