It’s the most wonderful time of the year and I finally have the christmas miracle I’ve been wishing for. I can finally afford an Overwatch 2 skin! Ever since the announcement of Overwatch 2, I’ve been wanting a skin for my favorite character so badly, but I could never quite scrape together enough money. But, now that Christmas is coming around, my family a few members have me the funds to purchase a skin, and I couldn’t be more excited.
Overwatch 2 is a highly anticipated sequel to the original game, a first person video game which is a smash hit in the gaming world. Overwatch 2 promises to have more skins than ever before, with cosmetics ranging from simple headgear and outfit changes to wild and colorful chromatic skins. I’ve been keeping an eye out for a skin that I love and finally I got one that fits my character perfectly. It’s been a long and arduous road getting here and I’m still in disbelief that I was finally able to acquire it.
To make this Christmas miracle even more heartwarming, I was able to purchase the skin with the help of my friends and family. Sure, they didn’t give me the money directly, but they offered to let me pay them back in small amounts over the course of a few months. Knowing that people I care about were actually that happy for me and wanted to help me be able to purchase something like this really meant a lot to me.
As I sit here typing this, wearing my new Overwatch 2 skin, I can’t help but feel unbelievably thankful for the people in my life who made this possible. Without their help, I’d still be dreaming of the day I could get a skin like this. Now, I can finally say that I am an Overwatch 2 player, and I couldn’t be more proud. Thank you, thank you, it’s finally happened: I can afford an Overwatch 2 skin. It’s a Christmas miracle!
