With the release of Microsoft’s Windows 10, users have been eagerly awaiting news of the upcoming Windows 11 update. While no official information has been released in this regard, there are rumors circulating that point to the fact that a major update could arrive sooner than expected.
As of right now, Windows 10 is the latest operating system available from Microsoft and is the most recent version of the Windows series. It was released back in July of 2015 and is considered to be an improvement over previous versions. It offers a number of innovative features such as Cortana, the Edge browser, and Windows Hello.
Windows 11, however, is rumored to be a bigger and improved version of Windows 10. It is thought that Microsoft will be introducing a number of new features in this version, such as a virtual desktop, a new interface, and a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. The most exciting part, however, is that the new version of Windows could be released as early as next year.
The rumor mill has been buzzing with speculation about what features will be included in this new version of Windows, and the speculation is finally coming to an end. Microsoft has recently unveiled a roadmap for the next version of Windows, which outlines some of the major changes that will be included in the update.
Some of the changes being made include an improved App Store, better integration with Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud storage, and improved security. Additionally, the new version of Windows is rumored to include a new mixed reality (VR/AR) feature, a new photo-editing app, and other minor improvements.
It’s been reported that Microsoft plans to release the Windows 11 update sometime in 2020, but rumors suggest that it could be sooner than expected. If this is the case, then we could see the new version of Windows released as early as next year, which would be a pleasant surprise for Windows 10 users.
In any case, keep an eye out in 2019 for any news about Windows 11 and its potential release date. We can only hope that the rumors of an early release are true and that the new version of Windows will be packed with innovative features.
