The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been around since 1984, and their popularity has not faded one bit. With their entertaining and adventurous stories and characters, they have captivated generations. But out of the various Ninja Turtles versions out there, which one is your favorite? There have been several versions released ever since their debut, from the classic cartoon to live-action movies and most recently, a computer-animated movie.
The classic 1987 cartoon series is arguably the most popular version of the Ninja Turtles. It’s considered to be much more faithful to the source material than the 2014 computer-animated movie. It also offers a darker, grittier take on the Ninja Turtles and their adventures.
And let’s not forget the live-action movie adaptations. Many fans still consider the 1990 film to be the best Ninja Turtles movie ever made. It updated the classic characters while still maintaining the same character dynamics and providing action-packed scenes. Its sequel in 1991 was also generally well-received by fans.
