I may not have my license, but that didn’t stop me from loving Pacific Drive

Being able to drive is a special kind of freedom. It means no more relying on others for a ride and no more long treks on foot or by bus. But even without a license, I find that Pacific Drive still has a special place in my heart.

Pacific Drive, the part of my city I call home, is a unique place. Here, I always know I am surrounded by people who appreciate the beauty of nature and those who know how to make the most of this portion of town that they live in. Everywhere you look you see beaches, palm trees, sunsets and beautiful rolling hills.

The people of this area are warm and welcoming, taking time each day to appreciate the beauty around them and taking the time to help those in need. There is always something to be proud of when living in Pacific Drive and this is especially true if you don’t have your license yet.

Living here without your driving license does not have to be a hinderance. Instead it can be a wonderful opportunity to experience new things! I take walks to explore different sights in my neighbourhood, rides from friends and family to explore new places and I use public transit to travel deeper into my city. Having a license is no longer a limitation for me.

Pacific Drive has its own special beauty and character that is not found anywhere else. Whether I am walking, riding or using public transit, I am still able to have a unique experience and really get to know this place I call home. Living in this part of the city without a license has been a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

I may not have a driver’s license, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have an amazing experience living in Pacific Drive. It’s a unique place with a special character that everyone should experience at least once in their life.
