Pentagon Employees Too Horny to Follow Rules

As the world’s largest employer of civilians, the Pentagon is no stranger to controversy. Recently, however, it found itself at the center of a scandal when it was revealed that a large number of its employees have been violating the DoD’s policies on sexual harassment. According to reports, Pentagon personnel have been engaging in a wide range of inappropriate behavior, from “sexting” to inappropriate touching of others.

The DoD is now investigating the incident, and the lack of guidelines regarding sexual harassment in the workplace has been brought to light. At the heart of the issue is an apparent lack of understanding amongst some personnel of what constitutes harassment.

According to Leon Panetta, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, the Pentagon’s rules on Sexual Harassment were apparently too vague, allowing some employees to take advantage of the lack of clear-cut regulations. Furthermore, the investigation report has revealed that some Pentagon personnel have been engaging in blatant sexual inducements in order to obtain promotions, awards, and favors from their superior officers.

The DoD is now taking serious steps to educate its personnel about appropriate workplace behavior. New regulations have also been introduced to ensure that all Pentagon personnel are aware of their responsibilities in denying behavior which may be construed as sexual harassment. It’s hoped that these measures will serve to prevent any future incident of inappropriate behavior.

All in all, the Pentagon Employees Too Horny to Follow the Rules scandal serves as a cautionary reminder of the importance of enforcing regulations with regard to workplace conduct. With the right policies in place, the Pentagon can ensure that its employees are aware of their responsibilities and are held accountable for their actions. Furthermore, it’s essential that all personnel are made aware of their rights to make a complaint should they experience or witness any kind of sexual harassment in the workplace. Only then can the Pentagon ensure that its workforce is respected and work is conducted in a respectful, professional manner.
