Beats Electronics, the maker of signature Beats headphones, is looking to create a better, more powerful noise cancellation experience with its upcoming product, Studio Buds Plus. This new product, set to be released sometime in early 2021, is set to compete with the likes of Sony’s WH-1000XM4 and the Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones.
The design of the product will feature an in-ear bud form factor with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that takes its cues from Beats’ established over-ear headphones. Several versions of the headphones will be released, each featuring different colorways and brand markings.
Studio Buds Plus will also feature Apple’s H1 chip and support for Siri upon release. This offers a great combination for convenience and customisability for Apple device users. Additionally, its sound quality might come close to that of the flagship Beats Solo Pro product. This will surely make it a reliable noise cancellation product for Beats aficionados and newcomers alike.
Besides the convenience and audio quality that Apple customers can expect from Studio Buds Plus, sustainability will be a key point of focus of the product. With more people mindful of their environmental impact these days, Beats is creating the product with a mix of plastic and recycled components.
The release of an ANC in-ear product from Beats Electronics has been much anticipated, and Studio Buds Plus seems to be the right product for the job. With Apple device integration, attractive look and design, and focus on sustainability, this could bring a new wave of noise cancellation comfort for Apple device users.
