If you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber and a fan of shooters, you have a reason to be excited. The slept-on gem Devil’s Hunt has just gotten an expansion, and it’s something you won’t want to miss.
Originally released in September 2019, Devil’s Hunt puts players in the shoes of a half-angel, half-human angel named Desmond, who must choose between the forces of heaven and hell as the seven deadly sins ravage the world. Players can choose to serve either side, though the game’s story typically plays out with Desmond focusing on defending the human race while occasionally compromising with both sides to achieve his goals.
In the new Expansion Pack, players will be able to explore a brand new city called Inferno, where they’ll battle huge demons, climb new towers, and solve puzzles that will shape the fate of the world. The expansion also adds seven new levels (five of which are set in Inferno) and two new bosses, making the demonic action even more intense than before.
Devil’s Hunt also boasts a unique combat system, allowing players to combine melee and firearms combat with skills and abilities pulled from both angelic and demonic powers. Combined with the new levels and bosses, the Expansion Pack promises to be an action-packed journey filled with intense battles and brain-teasing puzzles.
