Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti leak reveals specs from ‘unlaunched’ RTX 4080

Advances in technology always come with breakthroughs, and the upcoming NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti is no different. For those in the gaming industry and hardware enthusiasts, Nvidia’s RTX 30 series was eagerly awaited, with the series being deemed as one of the safest bets when it comes to playing AAA titles. The only issue is that it’s not exactly accessible to everyone. This is where the introduction of the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti comes as a breath of fresh air.

The Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti was allegedly leaked earlier this week which has seemingly revealed the specs of the card before its official launch. According to the leak, the RTX 4070 Ti will be powered by the Navi 22 GPU and have 15.36 TFLOPs of compute power. It will have a maximum boosted clock speed of 2000MHz, 8GB of GDDR6 memory, and up to 14 Gbps of memory bandwidth.

The card is reportedly capable of driving 8K resolutions with ease, along with having a much better ray-tracing performance than the RTX 2080 Ti. This is also a huge improvement over the RTX 2070 Super, boasting double the performance to the amount of memory. This performance boost is coupled with an interesting new feature that Nvidia is calling “Dynamic Desaturation”, which will enable improved visuals and performance with high resolution textures.

Overall, the RTX 4070 Ti seems to be a very promising card, not just because of its increased performance, but also its price point. With the RTX 2080 Ti card costing around $1,200 to purchase, the RTX 4070 Ti could be a more affordable alternative for gamers who are looking for a card with more power.

Though the RTX 4070 Ti may not be the strongest contender for gamers eager to get the best performance out of their hardware, it could be a great choice for those looking to get the best out of their budget. With details of the card being leaked before its launch, we should hear more about the RTX 4070 Ti soon and with any luck, it’ll be worth the wait.
