Judge Tells 30-Year-Old SBF to Move Back in With Parents on $250 Million Bail

Recently, a shocking decision was made by a judge regarding the bail of a 30-year-old South Bay female. The judge ordered her to move back in with her parents and pony up a bail of a staggering $250 million.

The woman, who is being charged with multiple counts of mail and wire fraud, is currently on trial for her alleged involvement in a complicated scam. She had apparently created a sham company and used it to purchase high-end items from various vendors, which she then resold at an enormous profit. Others have been implicated in the scam as well, but the judge felt that the woman was by far the primary perpetrator of the fraud.

In his decision to set such an exorbitant bail amount, the judge noted that the woman had a long history of skipping bail, as well as a history of disobeying court orders. He further argued that such a large bail amount would serve as further incentive for her to comply with court orders and serve her time.

Under the judge’s sentencing guidelines, the woman must live with her parents and will be subject to regular monitoring and drug and alcohol testing for the duration of her bail period. She will also be required to wear an electronic monitoring device at all times.

The judge’s decision to set such an extraordinarily high bail amount has been met with much criticism from members of the legal and criminal justice systems, as well as the woman’s family. They argue that the bail amount was disproportionate to the alleged crime and will make it impossible for the woman, who has limited financial resources, to make bail.

The woman’s attorney has vowed to appeal the judge’s decision and argue for a more reasonable bail amount. For now, however, this bizarre sentence stands, leaving the woman and her family in a difficult and precarious situation.
