Steam’s Strategy Fest offers Civilization VI and other PC games on deep discount

For the first time ever, Steam has announced its first ever Strategy Fest – a week-long event dedicated to discounted PC strategy games. This includes discounts on select popular titles such as Civilization VI and strategy games from developers like Stardock, Firaxis, Kalypso, Paradox, Sega, and others.

The discounts differ from title to title, but many of them offer discounts of up to 75% off. That means Civilization VI can be purchased for as little as $14.99, while titles like Age of Wonders: Planetfall can be purchased for only $14.99.

The discount event also features discounts on bundles from developers’ entire back catalogs up to 80% off. This includes Stellaris: Console Edition and Total War: Three Kingdoms, which are both discounted by an impressive 65%.

Customers can also find discounts on other genres of games, such as platformers, action, and sports titles. But the Strategy Fest is clearly tailored to those who love turn-based strategy games, both classic and modern.

Steam has also included several features to help customers find deals they might be interested in. For example, players can sort through discounts by genre or price, or they can even use the randomizer to get deal recommendations, which can lead to surprising finds.

If you’re a fan of strategy games, the Strategy Fest should definitely be on your radar. It’s a great opportunity to not only pick up some games at discounted prices, but also to discover exciting titles you may have not known about before. The Strategy Fest runs until June 21, so you still have plenty of time to make the most of it.
